For this customer, they made a special order material only purchase of engineered hardwood flooring in June of We did not do a measure and ordered the material based on the square footage provided by the customer In order to return the cartons it would have cost a restocking and
freight fee from the manufacturer since we do not stock it ourselves They were aware it was a special order item Still we were never brought to the attention of the additional leftover material for months, when they decided to purchase more of the same hardwood to completed the living room, an extension of the purchase made in Again the order was based on square footage and measurements provided by the customer We were unaware of any issue the customer had with us until the review and complaint was filed with Revdex.com Our company policy is to not provide sizes needed based on customer measurements, we do offer free measures and estimates If we did error we apologize and surely would have worked with them if it was brought to our attention sooner, but again we cannot be held responsible for measurements we did not take and installations we did not do I have tried, without success, to reach out to the customer personally.Thanks,*** ***Location Carpet Co.(440) 392-
