I am rejecting this response because: It has been quite difficult to communicate with Silviano R***, reach resolution, try and accommodate times Silviano R*** forgot to come or communicate he was not going to meet the scheduled time. We are asking that ABC Roofing return the money *** *** *** *** paid in good faith to have the roof done wellBeing the work was bonded and licensed, we are asking for compensation for the failed work

The roof is under warranty and will be paying Mr. [redacted] the $850.00 cashiers check. Also doing a complete roof maintenance to the work done on the roof. We need to schedule this soon before winter weather arrives.Thank you for the help in this matter. We are not avoiding this matter as accused.
