Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The technician Adam F*, the owner's son, was informed of the insurance quote amount and never provided an alternative quoteIt is untrue that we received any quote beyond an initial verbal quote of "a couple hundred bucks." The bill amount came as a total shock to both of us.The whole months experience from the initial failure to find the leak below the toilet (and miss-diagnose problem, causing delay and unnecessary work) thru the multiple times I had to chase after Adam to get the job completed was very frustrating. As we explained in our bureau complaint there is still a problemWe are worried that the job was not even done right since there is a recurring brown stain appearing on top of the linoleum around the base of the toilet.Again, it is not true that we received a quote from FrewThe insurance assessor came to our house and visually saw the floor and full extent of the job to level the floor with concrete etcand provided a full estimate which was communicated to Adam Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Although the response provided by the business was not clear, our understanding is that balance due is 556 and some change. So we will pay the 550 and change to close the account and have done with this business.
