We been taking care of this customer but replacement was delayed due to our internal issueA person who was taking care of this customer left company without notice and this cause delaying process replacement for a customer

Review: When I received my product it was USED and broken!!!! I have been trying to call for over 24 hours now-no one is available! I have been using the numbers provided ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. I have, also, e-mailed customer service with pictures of the product. The bowls are broken (large holes with pieces included), scratched up (as if they have been used for a long time) and stained (like spaghetti or chili has been stored in them). I have pictures and can include if you would like. My UPS driver was here when I open the product--he is a witness, thank goodness. He can be contacted if need be.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for product---if they want the product back, I would also like for them to pay shipping.

Review: I ordered two Lock & Lock pitchers based upon the website information. It stated that the pitchers were 0.5 gallons. Instead I was sent two 1.7L pitchers. Their website address that I used to order from is: [redacted] The following measurements are

1.7 liters is equal to 0.4490925 gallons

2.0 liters is equal to 0.5283441 gallons

0.5 gallons is equal to 64 fluid ounces

1.7 is not close to 0.5 gallons.

I had expected to receive the 2.0L pitchers that are close to the 0.5 gallons.

I already own one 2.0L Lock & Lock, which I love and wanted to purchase two more. Those 2.0L were the ones I had expected to receive.

I feel that this was a bait & switch since it is not 0.5 gallons which they state.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my money for the purchase and the return postage to return the 1.7L pitchers that I was sent.
