lock needed to be repaired he said he REPLACED all the parts inside It still did not work properly so we took it back and he was very defensive and rude and put all the blame on me for braking the lock and I must not of put it in right IMPORTANT then he said how good a job he did repairing the inside BENDING THE PARTS INSIDE SO IT WOULD WORK AGAIN The work he does is okay, but if you question him on anything he gets quite defensive If you want some abuse, this is the place to go
