Review: Their website says service fee for car lockout is $25*. I asked them what the asterisk meant and he said there could be additional fees just depending on what the technician found. In my case, they found nothing but what I said. I locked my keys in my car. The technician got there and told me the fee was $195. I told her she could leave. She asked what I would pay and I told her under $100. She agreed and it took her 20 seconds to get the car open. These people try to take advantage of a person in a situation such as mine. I don't believe I should have had to pay $100. The $25 fee plus $19 traveling fee is what is fair, which would be $44. I would like a refund of $66 and they need to treat people fairly or change what their website advertises.Desired Settlement: Refund of $66 which is the excess they charged me.
