Good afternoon Mr [redacted] , I'm sorry that the Keys that [redacted] Safe sent to you did not work your safeWe did confirm with [redacted] that the serial# and model# provided were what was ordered, [redacted] told us those were the only keys available for your safeWe do not represent [redacted] we simply order product from them just like any other dealer doesWe have zero control over how long it takes [redacted] to send keys when ordered but they usually take 2-days, You are correct the keys were ordered on Monday as Dyan does not have the ability to order from [redacted] and had to be done by me and I was not available on Friday to order those keysThe keys arrived that Friday and you were called but did not pick up until the following Wednesday which we found surprising considering that you were in such a hurry for them I'm sincerely sorry that [redacted] was not able get you keys that worked for your safe maybe they're information was wrong or the lock was damaged somehowIn the future I can only recommend that you not buy [redacted] made inexpensive safes to put your expensive valuables inMoving forward as I told you myself over the phone and as I told Dyan expecting you to show up asking for your money back to fully refund the keys, as a company we do not charge people for things that do not workI would only ask that when you come into Locktech that you be kind to Dyan or Joelle as both of these women expressed fear in talking with you as they believed that you were being unkind to them regarding your situation Sincerely, Derek Ellis
