purchase, The Home Corporation did in fact have an HVAC componentHowever,a legal separation of the Exterior Home Improvement portion of the business andthe HVAC portion of the business took place between and and wasfinalized in During the time of the separation, all HVAC customers werenotified by mail as well as email with the new contact information should they needserviceThat contact information is for Comfort MD located at Miles Road,Warrensville Hts., OH 216-663- 9300, who is legally bound to service theHVAC customers that had made purchases prior to the entities separating.We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms*** may have experiencedTheHome Corporation of Ohio handles Roofing, Windows and Siding for Residential andCommercial propertiesWe have a separate tax ID for The Home Corporation ofOhio and have not handled any HVAC services for over eight yearsWe do have ananswering service for non-business hours at our current phone number216-421- so someone would have surely answered had Ms*** called thatnumber back in Spring of Perhaps Ms*** was dialing an old phone numberthat was out of serviceIt was not our intent to ignore correspondence from Ms.***, however, we never received any phone calls or mail from her untilJune 15, 2016, which we forwarded immediately to Comfort MDWe sincerely hopethat Ms*** can resolve the issue with Comfort MD
