Locker Room by Lids

I ordered a jersey for my nephew for christmas and it was too small. I called to return it and was told they do not return clearance. I was within my 30 days and it was not stated when purchasing that you are not allowed to return it. I looked at the return policy on the Lids website and it said you can return items with receipt if unworn and with tags. So I still did not see how the customer service agent told methe website says no returns. Finally I found it not by items in clearance, not when you check out, not on receipt, not on packing slip, and not under return policy online. Finally, I found you have to click the paragraph that outlines the return policy. Seems quite shady to me. It is similar to false advertising. They dont tell you its non returnable in any way at all. Its ph well from them!!!!!! Awful!!!
