This company is a rip off He said that my compressor was bad and wanted to charge me $for a new compressor
This company is a rip off He said that my compressor was bad on my A/C and wanted to charge me $for a new compressorHe was called through my home warranty company You would expect that the person who they call is honest and reputable The home warranty company would not cover the compressor under the warranty so I was very disappointed I asked him several times...you sure the compressor is bad...he assured me it was He said yes its locked up and not running He charged me 45$ for the visit I called another A/C company on my own to make sure it was the compressor because of the money it costs to replace a compressor The guy came out and tested everything and said it was just the capacitor $dollars and the issue was resolved This guy is a rip off and trying to get people to change out their A/C when its a simple fix

I was FORCED to deal with this company due to there incompetenceThey mistakenly removed my compressor and the entire outside unit from my townhome
I live in a townhomeOn 6/14/these "so called experts" were working on a foreclosed property beside me and took/stole my outside unitWhile, it was an easy mistake, how could they not go through tests to make sure they are taking the right unit? I was without air one day and had to borrow a friends window unit On 6/15/17, I contacted the company and the MANAGER/OWNER'S son immediately replaced my outside unit with a new one and gave me an invoice for this unit (***)....however, during the installation, he LIED to me and told me that it is compatible with my inside unitI even asked a couple of timesWhen I got to work that same day, I inquired with our A/C maintenance guy and he said they are not compatible because my older unit (years) was running on old freonHe said I will have problems with it in the summer...higher ut

I contacted Locke's Expert for a second opinion and for a service repairBoth Jose and Harold was very professional and walked me through what the repairs were being madeThey also explained what they were doing which was very helpful to me so I could understand why the previous repair person from another ac company did not fix the first problemMy ac was years old and they got it running in no timeThis is a great honest and hardworking companyI plan to hire them for yearly maintenance on my old ac unit and also get a quote for a new one incase I need it
