I bought into their credit repair program for $500. The lady who sold me on the program assured me that my credit would be repaired enough to purchase a home within 60 days. I then spoke to the owner of the company and he said 90 days was more of a realistic time frame.

Going through this process with them was one of the worst experiences I have EVER had. I did everything they asked of me within just 2 weeks and was told to just wait. I had a judgment on my account that I had paid but was still showing up as unpaid. I gave them all the documentation from the courts and the lawyer that said I did pay this off. They still did not get it off my credit. It has now been 2 years and still this is on my credit. I have had 5 different account managers and every time they give me a new one I have to explain this to them all over again. It takes me over week to get my account manager to even call me back to give me an update. I send them documents for something and 3 weeks later they get around to actually looking at them. I advise everyone to stay away from their "credit improvement program".

Finally I gave up on them and took over fixing my credit on my own. With one single phone call and about 2 hours out of another day I got the judgment removed from my credit and will be closing on a brand new home this weekend. These people took my money and wasted 2 years of my life.

I understand that fixing credit can be a complicated process, but I had major issues with the way I was handled. They took my money and then ignored me. Taking over a week to get back to a client is unacceptable. Taking over 3 weeks to open documents that are CRUCIAL to my case is unacceptable. I had every intention of having them fix my credit and buying a home through them. Instead I lost $500, 2 years of my time and had to fix my credit myself. After that process I would never go through the home buying process with them. I bought a home from someone else and the entire process has been an amazing experience. Buyer beware on this one. If you read this review and still buy into their sales pitch then you are as naive as I was 2 years ago.

They are liars do not purchase anything from them they have not fixed anything from credit all they want is your money!!!!! Pls beware of people like these!!!!!
