I was flabbergasted, and felt threatened by him I immediately called the local police who phoned [redacted] Sand told him that he is never to go to my home again or contact me in person or he would receive a citation I contacted the Revdex.com in an email regarding this On the day of the service, the door was damaged by [redacted] Sand he walked off with my original equipment for the door that matches every other door in my condo without my permission, and that is theft He left me with a cheap version This company and its workers are scammers originally asking $to open the door, and after frightening me on 12/5, I do not believe any monetary compensation is required Mr [redacted] on TV has exposed other locksmiths for overcharging, and that it takes about five minutes to pick a lock by a professional [redacted] Scould not do that and kept raising the price on me taking advantage of my dire circumstances The reason this is this company's first complaint is because most people don't bother doing this because it takes time and effort to take a stand against a bad company [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]
ToWhom it may concern, On11/23/Ms*** received a service from usIt was a Sunday afternoon.*** S., our technician arrived promptly and tried to take care of the clientin a timely manner. Aftertrying to pick the lock, bump the
lock and making every effort to not damage tolock, our technician had no other choice but to do just thatHe explained thesituation, the reason for having to drill the lock, as well as the price to thecustomer before he did anything. Ms.*** agreed to the price discussed ($for the lockout+$for a new lock)and further agreed to allow him to drill the lock. ***took the drilled lock because it was simply destroyedThere is no way he couldmake a key out of the drilled lock as the pins and cylinder were destroyed whenit was drilledSo as a service to the customer, he took removed it from theproperty and disposed of it. Ms.*** stopped payment on her check and therefore has paid us nothing for theserviceIn doing so, she broke the law, as she received a service from us forthe amount stated aboveEverything was explained to her prior to doing thework and prior to her writing the check. 1-800-Locksmithis a registered DBA of Locking Systems LlcLocking Systems Llc has moved tothe address that was listed on the invoice (SClement Ave., Milwaukee,WI, 53207). Becausewe want to take care of our clients and want Ms*** to be happy despiteher faulty complaint, we are willing to deduct the amount of the replaced lockand take that cost upon ourselvesWe will deduct $off the total bill whichwill bring the new total to $100. Ms.*** will be required to mail us a check immediately, as she has yet to payanything for the services rendered from our companyWe take it very seriouslywhen a customer not only tries to get away without paying for a service, butalso uses arm twisting techniques, submitting complaints to a reputableinstitute that we highly appreciate such as the Revdex.comIf she refuses payment, wewill take Ms*** to small claims court, as it appears Ms*** is not alaw abiding citizenShe is using the law to try to claim that it is okay tomake a service call on a weekend and not pay for it

The reason for my review is to clarify one thing. As a business owner and everyday customer of other businesses, when I want to use a company for a service I first check their credibility online on the Revdex.com website to make sure the provider is honest and reliable. After I read the closed complaint about Locking Systems I decided anyway to hire them for a big project they bid on with my real estate business because they out bid their competitors. I recommend anyone who is reading this review to use Locking Systems. They are a reputable company, honest and professional. They did a great job for me and I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
