Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, When there were less than roaches dead for $(and after an original quote of $75), I called and asked for the company to come back out The first lady I talked to on the phone said there was no problem and would send someone out again Suddenly, the second lady grabbed the phone from her and said there was no guarantee and that I would have to pay to have someone sent out again I thought that every extermination was guaranteed Did I ever feel like a fool because I did not askI was so frustrated that I bought cans of bug spray, cleaned out my cabinets and sprayed each roach individually and had a much better (and cheaper) result than when I had hired a professional companyI now have an exterminator who makes a policy of coming out again after two weeks of the original spraying to make sure the job is done correctly This was a nice surprise On their first spraying there was a plethora of carcasses to sweep up I have set up a quarterly contract with the new company It took so long to report the incident because I could not find the receipt with the contact infoThanks, [redacted]

I am very upset that this has happened and that I am just now learning about this We have been in business for years because of our customer service and our dedication to solve all problems Every once in a while something will fall through the cracks but as soon as I'm made aware of it I resolve it the best way I can I will look into this matter more next week when I can talk to all parties and find out what happened I only wish the customer had contacted me personally at the time of the service to give us the opportunity to resolve the issue

This is a front for a puppy mill. Sells "Yorkies" that are not full blood. Advertise "registered". Ha. With the "American Pet Registry", which means nothing. So sad.
