Locksmith Alexandria

Review: This company has horrible business practices. Completely rude and disrespectful to paying customers. Locked out of my residence, I called Locksmith Alexandria for an estimate and was told $35 but upon arrival the price went to $95. Concerned I called the manager to express my frustration for the price discrepancy where his immediate response was to berate me! I told him I was not satisfied but still said I wanted the service. However this manager "[redacted]" instead decided to tell his workman to leave me at the scene, on the curb, still locked out of my house without a word or goodbye. As I decided to write a complaint on Alexandria Locksmith I am thinking it was a blessing that the technician left, as I am unable to find any information about this company online so I fear they aren't even reputable. The technician also wrote down my drivers license information, but left without returning or ripping up my form so I would like Revdex.com's assistance with checking out this company and resolving this issue.
