After recently being plagued by numerous break-ins at a large vacant warehouse that I manageI was referred to Charley of "Locksmith Charley" I first called another locksmith company that I found by searching online but they only applied "band-aids" by simply replacing the locks that were previously broken/damaged which did nothing to curtail the almost nightly break-ins It was then suggested by a fellow real estate broker colleague/friend of mine to call a company called "Locksmith Charley" And even though it was a weekend day that I first contacted Charley he immediately drove over miles to my location to personally discuss and access my situation I can finally say that the building is completely secure thanks to the expertise and the innovative solutions implemented by Charley, (which were done by the way at a more then reasonable price.)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11468322, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Subject to the refund and the return of the machine in the condition I brought it back not in pieces

I have been in business over 35 years in Thousand Oaks. My name is DJ, my mechanic, [redacted] has been with me for over 30 years. Three years ago I let a couple of staff members go and I have been the only full time employee. The first time I have heard of a missing /lost sewing machine was when a lady...

name [redacted] came into my shop on 2/18/16. I was concerned and attempted to locate the machine. I asked her last name, she gave me 4 last names that it could be under and it’s been here for 5 years. I found the machine within a couple of minutes. It was disassembled. I told her due to it being here a long time not sure of the problem or it’s history, to let the mechanic check it out again and I will get back to her. She called [redacted] and he was very upset yelling and asking questions I could not answer cause of such a long time gone by. He kept blaming me and calling me names and telling me I was a useless businessman and he was going attack my shop with negative reviews and if I did not fix his machine for free. I told him I can’t fix it for free but I will fix it for cost. He got real upset, threatened to sue and complaint to Revdex.com and Yelp and so on. He took the machine home, I told him to give me a few minutes to reassemble it, he refused and told me to give the machine to [redacted]. I don’t think [redacted] made many efforts to retrieve his machine. Over five years, in fact my mechanic told me he remembers the machine and he said we made many attempts to call him, he just never called back and the machine got put to the side over the months. Over the years being in this business people often leave their machines here for long periods of time due to many reasons, people forget, they abandon machine, people move, price was not worth fixing, so some machines get abandoned, some people call to let me know to keep the machine or throw it out or use it for parts. In this case no phone calls or nothing, funny thing is, is I do not throw anything away, I am a rat pack. I have found that people remember again or move back to town and I have their mechanic here. They are amazed!! A couple days later [redacted] calls back and complain that I am incompetent and he is going attack my shop. I said to him to bring in the machine to allow mechanic to estimate machine again and I will fix it for cost. More arguing later he decides to bring it back. The machine needed a $70 part & labor. I spoke to [redacted] and said I can fix it for $89 regular $160. Again, more threats, I’m and it, I’m a bad businessman and so on. I made very reasonable efforts to resolve the situation but nothing made [redacted] happy unless OI fixed it for free. I reassembled [redacted]’s machine and told him to come get it. He refused. We are a family owned and operated business. I feel [redacted] is manipulating the system rendered for free. [redacted]’s story is incomplete, inconsistent and contradicting. I refuse to be abused by this person threatening my livelihood with a simple matter that could have been solved by him not being a [redacted]. In setting of this matter, if [redacted] has a receipt for the original repair, I will be happy to refund his money.

After recently being plagued by numerous break-ins at a large vacant warehouse that I manage. I was referred to Charley of "Locksmith Charley"
I first called another locksmith company that I found by searching online but they only applied "band-aids" by simply replacing the locks that were previously broken/damaged which did nothing to curtail the almost nightly break-ins.
It was then suggested by a fellow real estate broker colleague/friend of mine to call a company called "Locksmith Charley" And even though it was a weekend day that I first contacted Charley he immediately drove over 30 miles to my location to personally discuss and access my situation .
I can finally say that the building is completely secure thanks to the expertise and the innovative solutions implemented by Charley, (which were done by the way at a more then reasonable price.)
