Locksmith Veterans provided outstanding customer service! During a smooth conversation, they offered a remarkable deal of $35 for changing locks in my house. Their friendly approach and affordable pricing made the experience hassle-free.

Called them to remove and replace the lock on my condo storage unit. The technician was very pleasant and completed the task in approximately 35 minutes. Then, after the fact, he had me sign the estimate for the job...$549! I have had this exact same service provided several times in the past and the cost was always between $120 and $180..
I now have a mission in life to expose this company for the ripoff artists they are. Fortunately I have several family members who are heavily involved, professionally, in social media to help me with this task.

Beware, shop around and don't believe the deal you read in the ads.

They took 3 hours to do a job that should have taken less than 1. They charged $422 to rekey 4 locks. When we tried to contact the company about their charges, all we got was lies about management as well and complaining.

When we questioned their charges they said the owner is only available at 7:00AM. Yet another lie.

We will be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General consumer fraud division as well as the BBB.

Hopefully nobody else will get robbed

I chose this company because it was listed that the service fee is $19 to come out, so I had a locksmith come to my house. When the locksmith technician came out, he charged a service fee of $50 plus $150 to change two locks. The door was opened, so he did not have to pick the lock to change the lock.
