Was quoted a starting price of $45 for basic unlock. When I met locksmith, Juan, at the car he stated that his starting price was $100. this is a large discrepancy in STARTING prices. He stated that it was never less. I would not know if this is a difficult case due to the fact that Juan had already, without permission, unlocked the car without me present. When I refused to pay he relocked my car. This business is not on post ,even though the call center tries to make it appear to be.
