I am responding to a complaint filed about our business. The complaint was filed on 06/20/17 and was assigned ID [redacted]. This customer received service for her Frigidaire Ref, we were unable to resolve her problems for cheaper than the customer would be able to purchase a new unit so we told the...

customer that we would issue a partial refund for work that had been completed and paid for. The customer paid $259.15 for a service call, Parts and labor over several trips. A refund was issued for $60 in labor and $90 in parts + $12 in NYS sales tax, the total refund was $162. This refund was issued and mailed before this complaint was received. The customer should have their refund; it was paid with Check# 7506. If there are any further questions regarding this matter please contact our office.
