a viable signal which means the service would not work for it's intended purpose. The customer had notified us that he would take Friday the 3rd off work to be there when we did the install, he was notified by telephone on the 2nd that we could not get a signal. He called one of our representatives and stated that we promised him service and he would be there on the 3rd as originally planned and that he expected us to install the service. Our subcontractor met him as agreed and attempted to show the customer that there was not a signal and the service would not work. It is our policy to not install a radio if we know we cannot get a viable signal. Our installer is a professional, he does everything he can to get a usable signal but if it does not work, he will not install the equipment and there is no charge to the customer for the visit. We are unable to get this customer a signal that works due to technical issues beyond our control. The service will NOT work at this location and therefore will NOT be installed.

The contract between this company and Walden woods is they could come into the park if it was avaliable to everyone, this is clearly not the case. And when Mike from locl net was at council stated even if we need to put up more towers we will and we have different radios to get this done. I am not disputing what was done so far. But I still do not have service
