Review: Monthly when I pay my ($35) phone bill, there is a ($3) add-on listed as a convenience fee. I disagree with this fee. also, their is a (50c) add-on which is not referenced ( at all ) on the receipt for the IRS. Which brings the bill to a total of ($38.50)Desired Settlement: For whom is this a convenience? Certainly not for me. I am on a fixed income. I would like to see the convenience fee dropped to (50c) and the (50c) unspecified (add-on) of which I am unable to declare to the IRS, deleted. Also I would like to be reimbursed for the monthly over-payments I have made over the years.

Review: I bought a galaxy s3 which they said was "real" for valentines day for my wife then on mar/**/14 it had fallen and the screen had broke so I called sumsung to see if I could get a gurantee but when I called they had told me that the phone was USED and repaired 2 times when in loco wireless they told me it was new and sold it to me as a new galaxy and when I had told the sales man he told me he dosent care and that I can do whatever I wantDesired Settlement: I want them to refund my money from the phone back to me because that is not a NEW phone
