Locos Gringos Pick'n Pull Reviews (%countItem)
Business advertises part prices online and requires customers to invest significant labor in removing parts from wrecked cars before informing them of a different (higher) price. In my specific case the website advertises taillight assemblies for $16.93 (no warranty) or $19.93 (with warranty) and includes the statement "Prices Below include taxes and environmental fees". After I invested the time and effort to remove two taillight assemblies they presented me with a bill that itemized each assembly at $19.26 without warranty plus tax plus 'Enviro Fee' for a total of $44.00 - a full 30% higher than the advertised price. I showed the clerk the pricing on the website and she said "there is nothing I can do about that, I just work here."
Billing Adjustment I request the business to honor the advertised price and refund me the $8.14 overcharge.
so what the customer was looking at on the website was a taillight assy , and he bought a loaded taillight. the price on our website for a loaded taillight which comes with the bulbs and wires in the light is 25.00 on our website
the taillight assy is 18.99 on the website and he got a loaded taillight that comes with circuit board and bulbs
but I can see where he could get confused and we don't have a problem giving him his 8 dollars back just tell him to see juan *** the manager and he will handle it
