write down (by hand) what I would do and for what priceI did do exactly thatYes the first invoice was mistakenly inflated $200, but that was revised down to the price sheet as she requested
There was: no time line, no rock removal, no black dirt or restoral, no fence reinstall included in either price or price sheetJust exactly I (*** Lodahl) wrote down on the sheet she should have
These items were talked about as a possibility for future, after my very spelled out contract work
My MN license is listed on her sheetI believe the only reason *** approached the Revdex.com instead of the state of MN or county court systems, is because I assume there is no fee or inconvenience with the Revdex.com, there would be with the other alternatives
Did *** produce the exact pricing sheet to the Revdex.com, or just accusations?

I approached the Revdex.com because I was not getting a response from *** to my emailsI asked that he come back and fix the grading in my yard which failed inspectionMy approaching the Revdex.com was not because I didn't want to pay money by going through other resources, that is being done as wellI approached the Revdex.com because I want other consumers to be well aware of how *** conducts his businessBottom line, he failed inspection and refused to come out and fix the workFeeling the inspection had nothing to do with future plans for my yard, it had to do with him putting it back to a level where the additional work could be done without added cost to fix his mistakes
