Hi, I am responding as the owner of *** MechanicalWe were contracted as *** has said to install the H.V.A.Cand plumbing systems in his new homeI will systematically respond to the issues as best as possibleWe arrived to install the plumbing system at the contractors request and
completed the installation in two daysI was not aware that ***s home was in Onondaga County so I did not call for a final inspection as usualWhen *** went for his final it was then we received a call looking for that certificateWe immediately called for the inspection and our inspector went out and indicated we needed to add a cleanout to complete the installA minor oversight which was taken care of in a ***ely fashion and proceeded to get the final inspectionThe inspector commented how well the work looked and had indicated he had told the owner suchThe claim we held up anything well into January is completely falseThe heating was installed by a mechanic we worked with on some of our forced air projects and there were some wiring problems that were correspondent to a fresh air unit that was installed in combination with the heating duct workThe wiring was redone and we thought all was wellIt wasn't until this summer that *** tried to use his A.Cthat we found the issue was not resolvedI employed a different Source to rectify the issue as *** has stated that he did not want *** back on site and had complained to me in the past that *** was not professional and had raised his voiceThe claim now that *** threatened him has never been brought up to me before and seems quite an embellishmentAlso, *** has apologized to me in the past for calling so often and I have told him I will always return his phone calls and always haveSo, again there seems to be some wording that I strongly disagree withThe claim that *** chain smoked in his basement reiterates these embellishments as I have known *** for many years and *** does not and never has smokedThere were some problems with the heating system that were resolved as we discovered themWe responded and took care of these problems as we became aware of themI certainly agree thee were some problems with the heating install, but we responded and rectified the situation as we became awareSincerely, Shawn *** *** Mechanical
