I had my wedding at the Lodge on the Desert they caused so must anxiety as well as stress and embarrassment for me and my husband among our family and friendsWhere to beginThey promised to block rooms for our out of town guest and at their arrival denied there room and had to stay next door HotelThe microphone was never plugged in or supplied to us as promisedWe paid for an open bar tab for our guest who all had ticket for drinks, but when guest showed their tickets they said the bar tab had been met and no more drinks were availableThey promised me a Bride Suite on wedding day, and a week before they said the room was not available, and come to find out that room had been unavailable for some time as it was being rehabbed and they never should have promised me the roomWe went in to sample the meal to be served and it was wonderful, but the food they served to our guest was awfulWhat should have been steak, turned out to be chunks of stew meat They served the guest first and served us the bride and the groom last They let the sherbet ice cream sit on a back table to melt and never served it to the guest When guest asked for more water they told them to use the water fountain outsideWhen my mother in law asked to be served hot tea, they told her they did not have anyWhen we were packing up and ready to go my guest asked me if they could take some cake home, she watched the servers take the cake to the back room and it never returned home with meAfter arriving home I noticed that the cards and gifts were a little shortCome to find out someone took my cards and gifts too!
