I am therefore reasonably hesitant to contact either of these twoMy reason for contacting KSand and trying to get the president's contact information had to do with a letter I received one year after I moved inThis letter stated that my balcony was unsafe (this was never mention in the disclosure statement), and so, as a reasonably prudent person, I hoped to get my questions answered via the association presidentAgain, I am hesitatant to contact either of these two, but would like to bring up some issues at an association meeting.By law, I am to be notified of these meetings by mail or by hand deliverance
