Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Dear Sirs,My mother complained to [redacted] right away but, the Downings said they were on going on  vaction to Germany and the cold weather was approching and asked my mother if she could wait until March for them to come back and talk to her. [redacted]s Father came over and said that all the basement steps needed to be redone but,[redacted] Downing would come to my mothers house with out calling with other contractorswith other ideas just skirting around the problem. [redacted] actully told me that the one  contractor that was going to coat the whole patio wanted nothing to do with this job. After a couple of cheap attempts to repair job in stead of doing the right thing, admitting that you messed up and man up and fix it right. Timme would pass while my mother wanted to give [redacted] a chance to listen to his fsther who said to redo the steps to start. We have had 3 concrete contractors say just looking at the patio you can see there isno ptich for proper water run off its just a poor job.I wish [redacted] would have done what was asked of him he should be asamed of him self.My mother is 78 years old and needs hip replacements. She can not put up a 2,000 dollar hand rail until this is corrected, We checked and [redacted] did not have the proper liecense to put more then 2 steps high. There are 9 steps that he poured(concrete).I told [redacted] to make the steps  6 to 6.5 inch steps but, no he has varied sizes at 7.5 inches with wasted space at the top he did not use which is unfinished. If my mother falls from thess steps with no hand rail(I pray every day she does not) I will be taking him to court.I worked for a few different contractors so, I can see all these problems my self. I went out there after they were done with the days work and redid [redacted]s work so that the form wasflush and secure aganist the house.I wish I would have checked on his work more closely but, I thought he would do what he was suppose too. Next time I will be over seeing the job.My mother had a lot more work for the Downing family but that will never happen now. Please do the right thing here with this abortion of a job!Below is from [redacted] and so, why does he have to redo his work?[redacted] and [redacted] met on site to discuss [redacted]'s concerns. The issues were, 2 steps which were l" higher than the other steps and a portion of the patio whichhad a water puddle after a rain. [redacted] offered to remove and lower the 2 steps and to remove and repour a portion of the patio that had a puddle. My mother almost fell down that first step and has to warch every time she goes near that top step!!!!!!!!!!!I can write more facts but, I want to get this letter in before time runs out. Thanks for your time,[redacted]

Are you aware that this matter was heard in court on December 28 2016 and was taken off the calendar until Ms. [redacted] answered the court's questions. The matter has been rescheduled for March 30 2017 in the Justice of the Peace Court.
