I would NEVER use or recommend this company. I called on 12/1/16 to set up an appointment for a garage door repair as it broke and I could not get my car out. I got a guaranteed appointment for 12/2/16 between 2-4. I called at 4:00 when no one showed up and was told that they scheduled additional appointments ahead of mine and they would be here by 5:00. I called again at 5:00 and was told they were in Mesa and I am in Cetral Phoenix and it would take at least 45 more minutes. I told them not to bother, that this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: Almost 4 weeks ago we contacted Lodi garage doors to fix our motorized gate at my work and they sent out a repair person who stated we needed a new computer board that they would order. A little over a week later, we still hadn't heard from them so we called and they said the part just came in and someone would come out to replace it. They came out to replace it, we paid them the $329.90 and it worked for about 30 minutes then broke again. I called to tell them it broke again and they said they would send someone out. Well 4 days went by and no call from them so again I called and they said their "tech" called out sick, same thing the next day I had to call and they said the same thing. They were going to call me the next day and they didn't so I called again and the guy said the tech ordered a new transmitter, which the man on the phone [redacted], didn't know that he did and it would be in in 2 days. Well 2 days came and no call so I called again they said they would send him out, he came out and brought the new part and then said he needed another part besides that one and he would be back within an hour. Well 3 hours later I get a call stating he couldn't get that part and would have to order it and it would be in in a few days. Well no word from them all week until I called them again and I talked to [redacted] who told me that he would call me Friday morning regardless of if the part was in or not to let me know what was going on, Friday came and no call so again I called them around 11 am and [redacted] wasn't in the office that day. I left many messages with my phone number to have someone call me ASAP about this and it is now Monday morning and no word. I called them and again, I got the run around. The part isn't in, [redacted] is out of the office etc. This has now been going on 4 weeks and our gate is still broken. We paid them to fix it and it has not been fixed. The company has been very shady and not honest with us from the beginning and now they took our money and haven't completed the services. We want our money back so we can hire a reliable company that can fix our gate.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back since they can't seem to be honest with us or fix our gate so we can hire another company that can do it.

Excellent service! Today (7/30/13) leaving for work I open my garage door as usual except this time I heard a horrible, loud sound. I called Lodi Garage doors at approximately 8:30AM. The person that took my call was very professional and friendly. [redacted], the service technician, arrived within a couple of hours, examined the door and explained exactly what needed to be done. By 11:30AM the garage door was fixed. In fact I think it runs smoother and quieter than before. And, I the cost for the repair was very reasonable. I definitely will call Lodi for any future needs and will recommend them to family and friends.
