I am not sure as to why M** *** was not followed up with and I apologize for thatI do however show in our system that the vehicle has been repairedI realize from reading *** *** concern that this may not be the caseI read that he would like to have the part numbers for the items we
ordered, however I cannot get that information at the time because I am not sure of what shields were recommendedI will continue to research this within my staff and the parts department staff to get an answer on which parts are neededIn the mean time I would also ask if *** *** would bring the vehicle back in for us to inspect and correct for himI would offer to replace the shields in question at no charge to himPlease let me know if this will be possible

I will be happy to re-issue the check for the $we originally agreed on as it seems you didn't receive itHowever I cannot assist with the oil pan replacement as we informed you of this before we did any work to your vehicle and you declined to do repairs to itWe sealed the drain plug as best we could so that you were able to drive the vehicle, and we also informed you that it can cause engine damage to drive it this wayIf there is a problem with the alternator we can replace it for you at no charge for the warranty period of years 36,miles that we spoke about when we originally went over the alternator replacementThank you

I want a full refund of $1052.75. No less.thank you very much.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because i did not approve a refurbished or used part. I already stated in are phone conversation that I wanted a new alternator put in and you refused. I am asking for financial reduction now as I do not feel comfortable with Honda Lodi working on my car.I have been more than clear with my request on repairing my car.[redacted]

I apologize about the miscommunication about the remanufactured part. I would like to clarify though that his part is not "used" it is remanufactured at a [redacted] facility. Because of this the alternator carries a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on the part and the labor, not the part only like an...

aftermarket auto parts store would sell. We would like to make this right with the customer due to the miscommunication as we like to keep our customers happy, what is that going to take? Thanks for your time.[redacted]

Review: On 8/26/15 at 7:30AM, I arrive at Lodi Honda for the service appointment on my 2013 Honda Civic Hybrid. This service was to do a 12 Point Inspection to find the cause of the rattling noise upon starting the ignition. Three hours later, I was informed by [redacted] ([redacted]) that there's a broken shield on the underside of the car and that they do not have the part to replace it. I was informed that they will need to order the replacement part and I could return the next day to have it installed. I told [redacted] that "I'm unable to return the next day, but I can on Friday (8/28/15) @ 1:00PM." David said "Ok see you Friday at 1:00PM". I went back to Lodi Honda on Friday (8/28/15), before 1:00PM and met [redacted] ([redacted]). I informed him that I have a 1:00PM service appointment to replace a broken shield on the underside of my car. He checks with the Parts Department and informs me that they do not have the part and it was never ordered. I was told by Mark to leave my number and that they will call me Thursday to schedule an appointment. I left my new contact phone number and informed Mark that my phone # needs to be updated in their system. Lodi Honda never called to follow up on a service appointment.Desired Settlement: I would like to know the part # that needs to be replaced so that I can contact a different Honda Dealership to schedule this service.
