Lodi Pool Center Reviews (2)

The reason the pool went green the first month because they got behind on the bill and wanted to do themselves. The next month I took the account back on with it being green no start up fee and for our lowest tier chemical only service . As far as the second time it was green the water level dropped... under the skimmer so it was unable to filter and was running he motor dry. When I showed up I filled the pool told the husband to clean the filters because it needed it. Probably the second or third time I asked. I put chemicals in it added cal hypo to kill the living organisms or algea that week it was over 100 degrees. That and the lack of filter cleaning and dirty water was the reason it had no chlorine in it. The chlorine was used up by all of those factors. I come visit once a week. It all started when they agreed to a motor install and when it came down to pay they had their property taxes that came up and asked to pay after. Every cent payed on account went to that first bill. Once service started adding up on top of that is when the complaining started. As far as the $500 to fix the pool. What was needed to be fixed that would cost $500. Just curious. Cleaning the filters keeping water level up and adding shock or chlorine and balancing the ph is all the water needs. I just think it's someone's way of getting out of a bill or situation they feel financially is crushing them. So I have to get online and spend time away from my paying customers to write this. It's just sad sometimes how people will use someone and then try to throw them under the bus for trusting and helping by providing a service. I have 2 tiers $65 monthly for filter cleaning sweeping skimming and cleaning baskets and a $47.50 a month for just chemical service. Putting the chemicals in and leaving. The problem is when they quit service for the month they didn't upkeep any of it. Then a month later they asked for me to do it again they got on the cheapest tier chemical only and they didn't keep water level up or clean the filter. There is only so much you can do with chemicals the tech was right. I used shock that cost money and chlorine every week. I believe you should just pay for the services you received since last February I believe
