Review: Hello,I had $472 credit to this store for which I unfairly didn't get a refund.I tried to go to the store to get gift cards. The store ALWAYS had gift cards. After waiting online for 45 minutes and watching 2 cashiers slowly "work" while talking and joking between themselves, I was rudely told they don't have gift cards anymore. I don't understand this ridiculousness. A month ago there were gift cards. I wanted to get these gifts for Christmas and now I can't???? This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. First, my clothes weren't taken back after 16 days. However, my biggest concern is not that. While I was trying to return the two dresses, I noticed a charge for a gold membership for $25. I was never asked if I wanted this upgrade, I was just charged. I tried to call the store and customer service and each time no one offered any help, I was rudely told they have no information. Every time I called the store, I was put on hold for 30 minutes and then a person picked up not even remembering who was on the phone. Finally, a girl promised me she will return the money. I noticed there was no return for weeks. I called and a manager told me that there will be no refund and HE KNOWS THAT I WAS PROMISED ONE, BUT IT'S NOT HAPPENING BECAUSE THEY WILL GET IN TROUBLE. I told him that I was promised and he KNOWS I was promised, so why is this even happening and his reply was, "I don't knpw..."Desired Settlement: I would like all of my money back (for the original dresses and the $25 gold membership).

Review: Early morning on 8/**, I placed an order through the website's sample sale of 7 For All Mankind jeans that were $25/pair. It was a steal so I ordered 4 pair for my first order and received a discount after having some complications on the website. I was emailed a confirm code and patiently waited for jeans that were a birthday gift (9/*). After a few days of waiting I called to check the status of my order because my girlfriend had already received her. I was told it was being fufilled and the warehouse was waiting on the last pair. This morning I got an email saying that PER MY REQUEST THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED... I NEVER CANCELLED THE ORDER !!!! I called customer service and they could not tell me why my order was cancelled as a matter of fact they told me I needed to place the order again. I asked why should I be given a chore or list of duties when I had nothing to do with the cancellation?? It was no fault of my own and they couldnt even explain the cancellation. This is ridiculous and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to say the least. My call couldnt even get escalated correctly. I want my jeans, thats it. I just want my jeans !!!!Desired Settlement: Someone needs to personally go to the warehouse and fufill my order. Find my sizes, and ship everything EXPRESS OVERNIGHT. This is my birthday gift. On top of that, because of the inconvenience, loehmanns needs to eat the entire cost of the order !!!!

Review: After acknowledging the return merchandise was received in warehouse, no refund was processed after 19 days, multiple calls to customer services. Only response was emails will be sent to refund process, they cannot do anything else to process the credit back to my credit card.Desired Settlement: The full amount of the returned merchandise should be credited back to original payment method, which is a discover card purchase.

Review: I placed an order on line and my credit card was accepted at once. I received a receipt and the two discounts ( gold card member and friends and family) were not applied. I called at once to adjust and they were closed. I called early the next morning and they refused to fix to fix the issue as quickly as they filled it. They said they'd have to investigate. at that point, I said I wanted to cancel the order and they said they'd have to investigate that as well ans it was already shipped( for a place that was closed, they seemed to take money on lien and ship right away)They also said I would have to pay shipping back.I either want the adjustment in price or I want that order cancelled and credited back to my billDesired Settlement: Cancel order, credit my accountIf shipment arrive swhen I am not home, I want a pre paid shipping label back

Review: I made a purchase on 1/*/2014 at Loehmann's and I asked about the return policy. The associate at loehmann's told me I have 30 days to get the full refund with my original receipt. Also, it is stated on the original receipt. After a week from my purchase date, I needed to return the items due to wrong sizing. So I went to the Loehmann's at Costa mesa and asked for the refund. The [redacted] refused to give me the refund back to my credit card but she issued a gift card instead. she did not explained anything why she is giving a refund with gift card. So I asked her to give the refund back to my credit card(it was a credit card purchase)instead of gift card. and she said she cannot because they are closing the business. she did not want to give me more details but that was the only thing she told me. I do not want to accept this irresponsible act from Loehmann's. what if there is nothing I want to purchase with gift card they issued? they are just taking my refund amount of $463.41?i really need to get $463.41 back to my credit card ASAP.I will not use the gift card they issued. I do not have anything to spend at Hoehmann's.Desired Settlement: cancel/avoid the gift card they issued for return and refund $463.41 back to my credit card.

Review: On 8/**/2013, I made a purchase on [redacted], the process went through and I received a confirmation email from both Loehmann's and from my J.P. Morgan Chase Bank that the order and charge was pending. On 8/**/2013, I received an email stating that the order was cancelled for possible fraud (Order#: [redacted]). No attempts was made on their part on contacting me through the phone, even though the number was provided. I called customer service and verified my identity and informed them that the order was placed legitimately and would like the order to go through. The customer service representative stated that they are unable to make any changes and that they will have to email another department to handle the issue and it will take up to 3-5 days. I asked if there was any way that I can expedite this through a manager or speak to the other department directly so that I can have this processed right away, to which he replied "No, I can only email them". I asked the customer service representative if this guarantees that the products I ordered will still be available at the discounted rate to which I initially ordered the product? To which he replied "Most likely not". After a failure attempt at resolving anything over the phone, I chose to email the customer service directly. I informed them of the issue and even the reason why it might have been flagged as a possible fraud. (Details) Order was placed by my fiance from Chico, CA Order was placed using our Chase Freedom Visa Card (joint account) Billing Address is from San Francisco, CA (mine) Shipping Address was to Ridgefield, NJ I explained that the reason why I would like to have the items shipped to New Jersey is because they provide a service where they will ship the items internationally. (since Loehmann's do not provide this service) I received an email back stating that the order was cancelled due to them, "not accepting orders originating outside of the US or using credit cards from outside the US" also that they "could not withdraw because of the orders international status so the hold must be released from your bank" I made a call to Chanse Bank and explained the situation and they stated that the charge is in "Pending" status and the merchant has not claimed the funds that is already authorized. This is true since I received an confirmation that the order was placed and it reflected on my account. I replied back to the email stating that there is nothing international about this order. And taht I spoke with my bank and that the funds are readily available and that they are the ones not claiming it. I also gave them the breakdown listed above (Details). All I wanted was for them to ship the products to New Jersey and the rest will be taken care of by me. (why would it matter to them where I will be moving the item to? Does this mean that I am unable to purchase items and take it out of the US?) They replied back stating, "upon further review our fraud specialists denied your order due to the shipping address. We do not currently ship to third party shippers as this causes many issues with returns and our international policy stated previously. I apologize but we cannot fulfill any order that is to be shipped to a third party shipper." This is not disclosed anywhere on their website and the only reason why they were able to figure out that it is a third party shipper is because of my disclosure. Which does not explain why it was cancelled in the first place, and their claims of it being an international order was bogus. I told them that they should have explained this on their website so that we could have avoided all this from the very start. I told them to please ship the order to my billing address. They did not reply back nor did they reorder my order. I checked the order status and clicked order again, but now the price is completely different and a lot higher than it orginally was. This has been an extremely difficult and frustrating experience and feel that their customer service department is a joke. They are "unable" to resolve any order issues. This is ridiculous and unacceptable from a company that states that they care about their customers.Desired Settlement: I would just like the products for the price that was orginally agreed upon. Review: I attended the "grab the gown event" at Loehmann's on October [redacted]. Although it was a sample sale, I had no idea that meant the dresses would be flawed / defective. It does not mention that the dresses would be damaged in any way. I purchased a dress for $449 during that hectic event. A few days later, I realized the dress was missing beading in the back and had multiple other flaws - enough where I wouldn't be able to wear the dress on my wedding day. I called the store, spoke to the store manager and have yet to hear back. I am requesting a refund or store credit so I can buy an acceptable wedding dress for my special day.Desired Settlement: Please contact me regarding this issue and provide a refund for false advertisement.
