Friendly and honest....need I say more!! Laron fit in fixing our washing machine the same day I called, was punctual, efficient and educated us on our equipment. Excellent Service!!

A "Great" service technician. I needed a front load washer repaired. Laron Loe (Loe's Appliance & AC) came to home on time for the diagnostic appt on a Sunday, told me what the problem was and provided an accurate estimate of the cost to repair my washer. He returned the next day with parts as arranged and was in an out within the estimated 2 hours of labour to fix the problem. You may think the hourly labour rate is high... but there's no extra charge for his travel time, the time to do the diagnostic, pickup parts, or the return trip to fix it... you pay only for the time it takes him to repair the appliance. Very professional in his appearance and conduct, explained in real layman terms what he was repairing, showed me the bad parts he was replacing and explained why they went bad, and no extra surprises! Even the items he explained during the diagnostic that may have been damaged, but couldn't tell until he opened it up, turned out to be fine. So... very trustworthy too!

Based on our experience (repair of Kitchenaid wall oven) not only is he good at what he does--knowledgeable and experienced--but he is also responsive, honest & trustworthy. As sole proprietor of his business, he runs a tight ship, and is all about customer service. We will certainly call him immediately if (when?) we have any more appliance or a/c breakdowns. (AND he services Buckeye without a trip charge.)
