I spoke with Jules L [redacted] on the phone and came to an agreement that the drains would be buried and extended away from the house.? He also agreed to have the electrical contractors dig to fix the electric problems associated with the lamp post.? Due to winter temperatures, he expressed a need to wait to start the work since digging was required, and chose March 15th as the date the work would be started by.? In the event of cold temperatures persisting past March 15th, the work is to be rescheduled to a later date [redacted] ? ?
