Loewen Windows

I had Loewen windows and doors installed in my new house ($50,000 dollars) I had some cracking of windows in the first year and they replaced them but the second year I had 5 windows crack and they would not replace them. I had to cover the cost of the windows and the window guy I hired to replace them. I was told that the window was manufactured incorrectly it was too big for the frame.
