In August 2019 I received an email from Lofthouse Golf stating their management team approved the repair of my Proscope 400 XRange Finder for $50. I sent, per their recommendation, the Proscope Range Finder by Certified mail. USPC confirmed Lofthouse had received my Range Finder on September 23, 2019 at 1:43pm. I also provided my credit card number to pay the charge mentioned above.
Lofthouse sent a confirmation they had received the Range Finder and assigned a ticket #*** with a comment that there was a normal 24 hour processing time. This was in September 2019.
I have since sent six to eight emails requesting the courtesy of a simple response or reply as to when I would receive my repaired Range finder. As of this date (February 11, 2020) I have not receive any response from Lofthouse.
I am hopeful you will be able to assist me in getting my Proscope Range Finder returned to me.
