Earle B.Mosher Inc takes great pride in creating outstanding landscapes and long term trusted relationships with clients.As this is our first and only written complaint,we take it very seriously.We believe we exhausted all efforts to satisfy a very anxious customer.We understand going forward was
not a good idea for either party,so refunding money and cutting our loses seemed only fair for both concerned.Leaving the job neat and tidy while adhering to our customers wishes was our goal and responsibility.We harbor no ill will and only hope the client reaches satisfaction with another firm.At this time we feel both parties owe nothing to each other.After returning money we made it very clear that there would be no guarantee on plant material.In closing we wish the client every success,sincerely Earle B.Mosher Inc

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below. Earle BMosher absolutely did not indicate in any way that upon applying a credit they would not honor their plant warranty. As proof, at the close of the project, long after the credit addressing excessive charges was applied, they provided a refund (i) because they took it upon themselves to knowingly plant two incorrect trees so these trees were removed, (ii) to refund the cost of a plant that was not delivered and (iii) to refund the cost of a small bush that was already showing signs that it would not survive. If they were no longer warrantying the plants they would not have refunded the cost of the dying plant
