Lofton's Towing & Transportation

Review: Loftons Towing Company towed my car knowing that I live there and that the car is always there because the visitor pass fell off the rear view mirror, even though still on the seat and car parked in a visitor spot. But to make things worse, they were unreachable for about an hour which they're not supposed to be as you should be able to get your car immediately after being towed or at least reach somebody to schedule a pickup. But worst of all, they damaged the front of my car underneath my bumper. I asked them why that happened and they said that it must have happened during the towing of the car. I asked for them to give me a break under the circumstances, but they would not. I told them that I would report them, and they said ok, I even asked if they cared about their business to which they responded "no". This company and these people provide awful service and work unethically to better them selves and worsen others.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded in full, otherwise I will use all my resources to further report this company as fraudulent and unethical with no care whatsoever for their "customers".
