I want to assure you that we provide excellent service to our residents at the Lofts atLiberty and never have had a complaint.Thank you for your letter dated 8/29/detailing the complaint from *** ***.According to the Lease Termination Agreement signed by *** the "Tenant's securitydeposit
will be retained until the sub-tenant moves out and an inspection of the Loftdetermines if the Loft was relinquished in the same condition as it was delivered to theTenant" The leased expired July 31st, the sub-tenant moved out August 6thTheLandlord has days to process the return of the security deposit We sent *** hersecurity deposit check on August 25th and she cashed it on August 30thWe did need todeduct $for the floor that was scratched and was attempted to be coverby aglossy liquid substance that just made it worse.As it relates to the HVAC, we responded to the complaint within hours and tried totrouble shoot to get the unit working but we were unsuccessful and needed to replacethe unit, which we did in a timely manor.Regards,Cynthia K***Managing DirectorLofts at liberty
