Loftus Family Dental

I sent them a request through their "schedule an appointment" section on [redacted] at the beginning of the week July 28th - August 1st. I left my contact info - phone number and email address. I didn't hear back even with the message that someone would "get back to me shortly". I waited a couple days, then used the "schedule an appointment" section again, with a variety of preferred days (any time would work for me). The rest of the week passed by and I didn't hear back from them.
On Monday, August 4th a little before 10am, I made another online request, this time listing my preferred days as any day and time that week - and asked them to get back to me in order to confirm if any of these times would work and if not could we work out another time. I also emailed them letting them know this was my third request and I'd like to hear back from them.
I didn't hear back from them, so the next day on August 5th at 9:15am I sent in another request, with the rest of the days of the week and the option for any time working for me, as well as the request to work out another time if none of these days/times worked.
Today I still haven't heard back from them, even though my first contact with them was the beginning of last week. I was considering calling, but I don't see why I have to schedule an appointment online, email them, AND call in order to just get a reply. They should be checking on all avenues and not force the customer to only use one when they provide several alternatives.
I usually don't say this, but it's honestly terrible customer service and I won't be returning unless this changes.

I had a few cavaties that needed fixed and a perminant cap that needed placed. Than suddenly I ended up with several unexpected extractions and bone graphes. Continued Unresolved pain where the bone graphes were done and where the extractions were performed along with pain in the root canaled tooth where a piece of the metal tool was left in my mouth. 6 monthes later, after continuing to follow up with the dentist the pain is still unresloved. Xrays have been performed several times over the last 6 months and you can see an infection progressing quickly, now they want to do another extraction of the tooth that was root canaled and where the piece of intrument was left. so to make sure im protected and no one is taking advantage of my situation, or trying to cover anything up I will be getting a second opinion before I get anymore dental work performed.

The Loftus Family Dental center on Fruitland in C d A overestimates and overbills its patients. I've spoken with the office manager but despite her apologies, why they institute their policy is not made clear. Several times the front phone staff lied to me and a couple occasions about submitting my claims to my ins. provider. I find this unsettling...among other things. Also a second opinion from the new dentist I chose revealed I did not need certan treatments done at all, and simply by their straightforward and percise, hoest estimates I saved close to $1,000.. I've been given the proverbial runaround over a very small but promised credit refund, and now the office manager is out and who is in the office has no record of any conversation with her. I told her I felt the facility was baically cheating, decieving and covertly stealing from its patients. The jutification given me did not sound reasonable and seemed something else to confuse the picture. I was last a client here in August 2014. I'm honestly very shocked. The new dentist's staff who I went to were quite shocked too as their policies are very consistent and up front, and they are always honest no matter what issue.
