I am truly sorry it has come to this level of un satisfaction My last message went out to you and I never heard back I do indeed want to refund your money as I don't think it is ok to have a dog in any home that displays this kind of behavior As I stated in one of my messages I will need to send payments to you and can start this month I will get this taken care of asap Again I am sorry this has ended this way as you were a pleasure to work with and I will reach out once again to you Ms*** My hope is that the message reaches you

Good morning, Just to set things straight LCL (Log Cabin Labradoodles) NEVER refused to send payment back to Mrand Mrs [redacted] We have full intentions of doing so I do not do business this way and I strongly believe this is them belittling us without the facts As I stated previouslyemails were answered and the phone call that was not returned was ONE day prior to this complaint I have lots of little lives counting on me so sometimes my time is pressed I guess I would rather take this type of ridicule and be sure each and every one of my pups are loved and cared for I am deeply saddened Mr [redacted] needed to take this route and hope to rectify this as soon as possible so we can be done with one another and never look back Thank you and have a great day [redacted] ***

We will certainly make up a payment agreement with the former forever family for this female ALD that now lives with us and is doing fantastic In our opinion this dog needs a lot of work on her anxiety and we feel with many visits to the vet she (with the right situation for her) can be a wonderful dog It is our belief early spay changed her and it is also the opinion of the animal professionals Either way Chula is with us forever and has shown no aggression to our children or us I have emailed [redacted] directly as well to resolve this matter as I have has no intentions in not doing soThank you

Log Cabin Labradoodles had sent Mrs*** a check for her $non refundable deposit in August. An email went out to her today to follow up on that check sent. As soon as we hear back action will be taken as need be. Our hope is that this is a misunderstanding and positive
messages can be exchanged from here on out.?

To my knowledge this issue has been tended to both financially and medicallyI sent Ms *** copied of the certified mail I sent out to her but have not heard back

Log cabin Labradoodles did agree to send partial reimbursement back to Mr*** for HIS errorI did indeed leave a message stating we recited his application and deposit that was summited by his wife in which I still haveLog cabin still plans to send partial reimbursement back to the ***
in half the amount sent to is as we held their spot and others couldn't have it our policy does clearly state that ALL deposits are nonrefundable but we understand error so we will agree to send half backWe plan to do this as soon as our end of year paperwork is completed with the accountant as this in no way was our fault and we are not obligated in any way to take care of it but we do chose to I wish the *** good luck and will stay in touch

After the 19-day silence, the Business responded only in response to my filing this complaint. The Business still refuses to return the $3,300 paid for the puppy. That $3,300 payment is made up of $2,500 for the puppy and $800 for "charm school" (training). The charm school training did not take place prior to my request for these amounts to be refunded. Contrary to Ms. [redacted] response, I did in fact offer in my most recent email to her to speak with her after she returned the $800 for charm school, and then we would have a conversation about refunding the $2,500 payment for the puppy. She did not respond to that email. Based on the Business's behavior to date, I am not optimistic that they will return these payments, but at the least, I hope that this complaint will remain open so that future potential buyers will be fully informed.

 The offer of a payment plan does not advance the dialogue. We need to understand and agree to the amount that will be paid and the frequency.

We hope that LCL will in good faith agree to the terms of payment and once they have done so we will be happy to report back that this case is resolved. Thank you.

I am very sorry the [redacted] family feels that we are a scam.  I am far from that.  I have sent multiple emails to the family and would love to have a conversation with them explaining myself.  I take this very seriously and will not leave this matter alone.  I am thankful for...

their business and completely understand why they would be nervous if they did not receive my emails.  I deeply apologize to the [redacted] family for any miscommunication they feel has occurred.[redacted]
