Tax for his information in this area is as ff: 6% room tax and 5.5% state tax which is total of: $94.78, so I made a mistake should charge Mr Roland amount of $94.78 instead of $92.50 ).Of coarse he also used Two bed not one as he say. Just return back home from short vacation and found your letter with one of our costumer complain.We always try maximum we can to please and keep our Guest happy and content with their short stay, but sometime what ever we do with some of them it is almost impossible or hard to please.So, here is...

one of this situation which I will try to explain in this short email.That weekend of 09/10/16, was very busy and not many rooms around. Three bikes was searching for the room and it happen that I had three rooms next to each other. They called me from Sauk City can I hold those rooms for three of them ( bikers ), and they asked only one queen size bed to use, because of the money.- Prior arrival of the Gentleman ( Biker ), name Jerome [redacted], and his two friends, we had six month Inspection and the Inspector found all our room in very nice, good, clean condition. The room of 25 Mr. Jerome stayed was spotless and very clean, That room is with two queen size bed newer one, new carpet, and very nice towels. Prior Mr Jerome rent the room we asked him would he like to see, inspect the room but he say no. So, not him or his friends requested to see any of the room.- I also inform Mr Jerome if he decide to pay for one queen size bed the price would be $85 including tax, because of cash option. Yes, I took his credit card and I also inform him in the case that he use two queen size bed, I will charge his credit card additional $10. So, they decided to use two bed hopping that I will not notice, and that I will not charge their account. So he knew that in advance and his complain is without any cause/reason. - Another two of his friends also stay next to him in the room: 23 and 24 and they used two beds too. I charge them $10 each and without any complaint.- So, as you see above there is nothing to dispute, because he paid the least amount he choose to pay amount in cash. Other two rooms of his friend paid with the credit card, and they paid more then him. That weekend was very busy in the area and the prices of the Motel/Hotel room was much more then $100. I give them very good deal because they took THREE rooms, otherwise they will pay $107.00 plus tax which comes total of $120 for each room.ThanksSincerely,loglodgemotel.comS. I used the bed that had only 1 spot.  Knowing the bed was not clean, my wife slept in her clothes.The room 25, that we stayed in, was not spotless and very clean.
