It took 3 weeks for this issue to be resolved and my child missed several school days. I understand it is the bus companies decision to employ this driver, for my safety and child's safety I wish for my child to never be assigned to this driver again.

Review: As the Logan Bus Company is already aware about the incident that took place on Wednesday, December **, 2014 with a parent and one of their bus drivers. I, the parent filed a complaint directly with the bus company on 12/**/2014. I sent an emailed letter and an incident report to both [redacted], a representative at [redacted] and the email address listed under the company [redacted]'s name at [redacted]. On Wednesday, the a.m. bus driver on route #[redacted] responsed rudely to a concern I addressed with him. That caused a big argument between the two of us. Not only was the driver rude he later assaulted me by closing the bus doors on my arms and then moved the school bus with me standing in the doorway. This Revdex.com complaint is not only reagarding the this bus driver's actions, but also the lack of assistance from customer service personnel as well as the business practices at the Logan Bus Company. By not acknowledging my complaint, not offering an apology for their worker's behavior or a resolution to the issue tells me that the company has no concern for the safety and well-being of the community they serve.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome would be for the bus company to first acknowledge his wrong doing, then offer an apology, retrain their driver and put him on another route.
