This has been fixed for over weeks and didn't charge herI left her a note to call Revdex.com and she didn't [redacted]

Thank you for your help in this matter.Mr [redacted] contacted me and came out today with the warranty information, the spare shingles and inspected the ridge vent installation.We have agreed the vent is properly installed the mold may be a result of the original installation and which I will remediate.Again thanks for your helpIf Revdex.com did not intervene, I’m sure I would not have heard back from Mr [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** *** *** *** did complete the repair with no charge, but I did not receive his note requesting I contact the Revdex.com to say it was resolved I apologize for not communicating this sooner This is the first time I have had to involve the Revdex.com in work done on my home and I was unfamiliar with the steps I needed to take after the repair was completed
