I refused to accept the response of the sellersIt's very untruthful, all lies On the date of the delivery dates there was absolutely no snow storm, including the second delivery dateThe delivery dates and the "snow storm" do not match, (please review the storm public records and the dates they promised to deliver both what's on the receipt and verbally)As far as the merchandiser, honestly that's not my problem as a customerI am not making business with them, it's Logan Furniture! To give a delivery date you had to make arrangements with themThat was Logan Furniture and the merchandiser failure to fulfill the promise they made to me (a customer)Why do I have pay for any of their lack of service Logan Furniture has absolutely no customer service, as you can see their lack of providing great customer and not keeping their promises is turning back at me (the customer) and mother nature I am not lying, I have the receipt, phone records, the verbal dates that was given to me (can't make them up out of no where)They are not willing to take ownership or sincerely apology trouble and the stress they cause meIs this what customers service @ Logan Furniture? It's not a great business!! I am just sad I had faith to given Logan a chance after my past experience years ago Also I am pregnant and is expecting any day now and I told them how important it is for me to get the furniture as promised especially since of my past experience with them For them to be a continuous disappointment is sadI just need my money back, they can keep their apologies! We recently received a rebuttal concerning the complaint submitted by [redacted] ***We are uncertain as to what Ms [redacted] is now complaining about or requesting from usAttached are copies of the two refunds processed for Ms***Her furniture was delivered on 10/27/and the refund was finalized on 10/31/Some of the information in the rebuttal is new information to us in terms of who she spoke with prior to speaking with Mr***Additionally, it was implied that Mr [redacted] changed email accounts in an attempt to disguise who she was working with is untrueNo one at Logan furniture purposely avoided Ms [redacted] or her orderInitially, all emails come through as showing [email protected] when contacting us through the websiteThe emails are then handled by by the appropiate party here at Logan FurnitureIn the terms of the refund, Ms [redacted] was provided with a copy of her order that showed her order total $and her payments/credit total The difference between the two is her refund amount It does take about business days for a refund to be processedMs [redacted] was informed that her refund would be submitted on 10/and it was finalized on 10/The matter is now resolved

The set was purchased by Ms*** made by *** FurnitureThis is the largest furniture manufacturer in the worldIt is not a "cheaply" made setOn the contrary, the set is of high quality and is sold all over the world"Cheaply made" and Felt as though we were going to fall do not convey
any specific problemWeeks after purchasing the set, the customer simply changed her mind and wants a different setWe offered the customer to bring the sofa to our warehouse for a technical inspectionWe will repair the set if needed or replace it if we find anything that we cannot correctWe maintain that there was nothing wrong with the setCustomer refused our offer for inspection and repair or replacementWe will take no further action

I purchased this set from Logan Furniture I believe sometime in November I'm not really sure what month exactly I bought it I do have the paperwork A week after I brought it from Logan Furniture I started calling them to contact somebody regarding the the furniture and its upkeep I contacted a young lady named *** at the Dorchester location which is close to where I live and I told her I have some concerns about this set she then gave me number to the Avon office I did get in contact with someone at the Avon office and I told them that I have been having issues with this set I'm not satisfied with it and I feel like something should be done I did again a call to talk with someone at that Avon office and I told them that I have been having issues with this furniture and I'm not satisfied with itIt was around the holidays so I didn't hear anything back from anyone, I kind of felt a little bit discouraged and I left it alone I made one more attempt to Logan furniture I spoke with the supervisor who told me that I would have to bring the furniture set to his location in Avon just so that he could look at it I i informed him that I don't have that type of money or manpower to rent a u-haul and pay someone to move this furniture just for him take a look at itI reminded him that he has a office that is only minutes away from my location and someone there can come and take a look at it As of now the sofa isnt secure the cushions on the sofa are attached to the base with velcro which is very weak and is cushions are always sliding from the back to the front of the base This action causes and indentation when you sit down The major problem is they did don't stay down Also there were some spots on the sofa that I thought was maybe just do the miss handling that are still thereI find it completely unreasonable to ask me to pack up a sofa and lives eat rent a truck hire men to move it and drive miles just for an inspectionWhen a showroom exist only a few feet away from meI have several pieces of furniture that I have ppurchased from *** *** they make furniture within a variety of styles the quality varies I would like to exchange this way for another so that this issue doesn't have to go into small claims court.

Good Day,The two weeks delay was from the manufacture we have no control of itas soon as we received the merchandise we called the customer to schedule a delivery date we had a snow storm at that date called customer again a day before snow storm to reschedule delivery to the next available day
customer hang up and refuse to talk to us.The customer signed a store policy saying its a a special order no cancellation but still called the credit card and filed a complain had her money back we did not fight it and accept the refundProblem solved Regards***

we recently received a notification concerning the complaint submitted by *** ***Ms*** has been working with our associate, *** ***, regarding her orderMr*** has been in contact with Ms*** via email since SeptemberThere has been no complaint brought to our attention prior
to receipt of the letter dated October 19, Ms.*** began her layaway in March and by the time her last payment was received, the manufacturer stopped carrying her preferred item and could no longer fulfill the shipmentSince her first selection was not available, she had been working with Mr*** to select another set and that was completed in mid OctoberOn October 22nd, Mr*** informed Ms*** that her order has been processed and set for delivery on October 27thMs*** responded"Thanks, when will I get a refund for the difference?" The new set cost less than the original setMr*** informed Ms*** on October 22nd that he passed the refund information to the Accounting Department and that she should receive her refund soon and that he would let her know when it has been processedMs*** then responded thanks

Attached are copies of the two refunds processed for Ms. [redacted]. Her furniture was delivered on 10/27/2015 and the refund was finalized on 10/31/15. In the terms of the refund, Ms. [redacted] was provided with a copy of her order that showed her order total $1189.39 and her payments/credit total <1401.85>. The difference between the two is her refund amount 212.49. It does take about 10 business days for a refund to be processed. Ms. [redacted] was informed that her refund would be submitted on 10/22 and it was finalized on 10/31. The matter is now resolved.

Only after I submitted a conplain to Revdex.com, and notified Mr.[redacted] that I did so,that he was more helpfull,He then changed his e-mail account so that it identifies him as the person speaking with me.Before I didnt know who I was taling to and being ignored for weeks at the time.I paid off the furniture on sept 10th, and got it delivered october 27th, that's almost 2 months, and I asked for my money back thru out the whole process and got ignored. I feel they disregarded my resquest so I was forced to pick something else out or fear of losing my money. That should never be the case, yes I understand that they did not have the original one, but why did it take a whole month for them to tell me they didnt have what I wanted?? I paid it off on 9/10/15. had a delivery date of 10/9/15, and on 10/6/15 got an-e mail saying that they did not have it, which is when I then requested a refund, I didnt think it was fair for me to have to wait again.I called the Lynn store, and spoke to a manager her name is [redacted](not sure if iam spelling it corectly)she gave me the ok to go to the Avon store and pick something else out,  The day after speaking with her I also got an e-mail from Mr. [redacted] sayng the same thing. I guess she spoke with him??I went to the avon store and got turned away because aparently I cannot use online credit for store credit??, I called the store back and they asked me for my name and said they will have her call me back. I never heard from her. I called back the next day, they told me she no longer works there.  Yes I received the new Couch, if I had gotten a refund that''s not what I would've picked out. I have always shoped at logan's furniture and never once had a problem, The minute I did it online I realized it was a big mistake, will never do it again, and I still did not get a refund, and I was never told, how much it turned out to be or how much I should be expecting for a refund??. Not professional at all
