9/2/16 I bought a Carrier gas furnace/central AC unit from Logan, a factory authorized Carrier dealer. I gave a 5 star rating for installation. Since then, I have called them 4 times. 7/6/17 AC stopped. Tech pushed reset button, charged $67.25,No one told me/asked me about button.7/2/18 AC stopped. Logan couldn't come. I got it started. 8/22/18 had unit serviced. Sent "one of our best techs," replaced cheap pump, but did not connect new one to furnace.10/22/18 furnace stopped.10/24/18 tech attached the pump.9/2/16Honeywell thermostat(1yr warranty), not Carrier (5 yr warranty) installed.10/31/18 Service manager said, "Carrier thermostats are inferior to Honeywell." I have received poor service & poor quality equipment. I do not recommend this company. I will never use them again.

Review: Company sent deceptive "statement" claiming overdue charges for a service I never ordered.

Company sent me a deceptive "statement" indicating alleged overdue charges for a service I never ordered. When I called them to point this out they acknowledged that I did not order the service but that they sent the statement as a "courtesy" and did I want to renew their annual plan? They then had the gall to claim that there would be "no penalty or interest charged" --- on a service they admit I never ordered.Desired Settlement: Written apology acknowledging deceptive practice and written confirmation that I did not order the service.

Attached please find the letter sent to Mr. [redacted] per his request. Mr. [redacted] purchased a service agreement in October of 2013. It is Logan Heating and Air's policy to automatically renew Service Agreements as a courtesy to our customers. We do call customers to see if they do in fact want to renew if we have not received their payment. Mr. [redacted] was mailed a renewal invoice in September of 2014. Mr. [redacted] was contacted in December and told our CSR that he needed to discuss with his wife before making a decision. We called the home again in January and left a message and did mail a statement as a reminder so that if he did want to renew he could contact us.
