she rent room and for week she had three rooms and when they check in we told them we change sheets once week and give towles every day and her two room stay week and we ask her to pay the second week rent and she said she not pay and she need all room refund and next day we call pest control and
they check all room and they did not find any bed bugs we give weekly rates and we told all coustmer we change sheets once a week

I am rejecting this response because:
This is a blatant lie They had all our credit info for extended stays, they checked us out of rooms that were paid for and refused refunds, and whenever I try to attach photos from inside the room the message times out I will continue to try and send these attachments after this There are photos taken inside the rooms standing with bed bug bites all over bodies, there is also photos of the mold in the rooms

we have report of pest control and also check by fire marshal
