On 9/21/I placed an order for quartz countertops with *** ***I advised her of the projects I had going on with my kitchen in which I scheduled for my cabinets to refaced at the end of OctoberI let her know that due to the nature of refacing cabinets, I would need to have the countertops installed before the refacing job beganShe assured me that it only took 2-weeks for the whole process and by the 3rd week after my order is placed I should have the countertops installedMeasurements were done at the beginning of October in which that info was sent to Ms*** on 10/6/I had been in contact with the countertop company *** Brands in attempt to make sure the process was moving along as plannedOn 10/17/2016, I called *** and was told to get in contact with *** as there was a problem with my orderI called *** and was told that there was paperwork sent over from *** regarding my measurements that needed to be signed off on by Ms**
