We bought new railings for our front porch last summerWithin a few months they started to rustWhen we called [redacted] and complained they offered to repaint the railings but said that would not solve the problem - the railings would continue to rustThey told us there is a process (I think it is called powder coating) that would make the railings rust proof but we would have to pay for thatWe were not told when we originally bought the railings that they would soon rustWe were not given the option of spending more money to get "Powder Coating"Had we known the railings would rust we never would have bought themI am retired and don't have extra money for "unplanned" expenses - like redoing the railings because they were not done right the first time
On 9/21/I placed an order for quartz countertops with [redacted] I advised her of the projects I had going on with my kitchen in which I scheduled for my cabinets to refaced at the end of OctoberI let her know that due to the nature of refacing cabinets, I would need to have the countertops installed before the refacing job beganShe assured me that it only took 2-weeks for the whole process and by the 3rd week after my order is placed I should have the countertops installedMeasurements were done at the beginning of October in which that info was sent to Ms [redacted] on 10/6/I had been in contact with the countertop company [redacted] Brands in attempt to make sure the process was moving along as plannedOn 10/17/2016, I called [redacted] and was told to get in contact with [redacted] as there was a problem with my orderI called [redacted] and was told that there was paperwork sent over from [redacted] regarding my measurements that needed to be signed off on by Ms**
