Buyer beware, company took my money and never sent product, after googling their name I quickly learned that I am not the first or for that matter the last. I have disputes filed with [redacted] and [redacted]. With the help of the state, I expect to recover my 700.00, please google them before sending them your money, I wish I had. Their scam is that they charge you twice, refund you once and never send you the product, and fail to return calls, then when you dispute, they claim they already "refunded", luckily for me the dispute specialist saw through their lies. Google them before sending your hard earned money!!!!!!

Review: I ordered a front and back bumper on July 12, 2016 and paid the full price of $1,300 through PayPal at this time. They were supposed to be ready for pick-up on August 5, 2016. They were not ready because they were not yet completed. Finally, I was able to pick them up on August 22, 2016. After waiting 2 hours because they still were not ready, finally got them at 10:30pm. When I got home at 12:30am, my husband noticed the front bumper was not what we ordered and the hardware was missing for the rear bumper and tire carrier. I contacted the business and was informed they would re-make the correct bumper and would mail us the hardware. Was told the correct front bumper would be ready on September 4, 2016. This business is 2 hours away from where we live. The owner was going to a truck show on 9/4/16 that's an hour from us so she said she would bring bumper there and we could pick it up there. The owner just notified us today, 8/31/16, that she would not meet us and we would have to come to the business to pick bumper up because the powder coat would not be ready. however she informed me they would be powder coated on Friday & ready for pick up Sunday morning but when I drove 2 hours on August 22 to pick them up & they were not ready it was because they were not powder coated yet. The owner said he would have them powder coated & ready to go in 2 hours. so I do not understand how they were powder coated & ready for pick up in 2 hours but now even being powder coated on Friday they won't be ready till Sunday morning. If that's the case then the bumper I have now is not done right! Also I still do NOT have all the hardware for the rear bumper & here it is sept 1st. we are very dissatisfied with the customer service of this business.Desired Settlement: stop giving me the run around & bring me my correct bumper & hardware.

Review: On 01/19/2016 I purchased a front bumper for my truck from Logans Metal Products Inc. I spoke with a lady who said her name is Jamie. She took my Visa card information via telephone and emailed me a receipt and assured me that the bumper was already finished and would be shipped asap and I would have it on 01/25/2016 or anytime during that week and that she would email the tracking number asap also. On 01/20/2016 I called and inquired on the status of my bumper and Jamie explained that due to weather it did not ship. She still assured me I would have it by the week of 01/25/16. I called again the following day only to get a message that she "Jamie" would be out of the office until 02/01/16. I called on 02/01/16 and again asked about my bumper. This time Jamie acted like she was confused about my bumper and said she would call me that night with a answer.She never called me back.Desired Settlement: I want a immediate refund of my $561.00
