I have submitted a request to my corporate office for the fried fish dinners to be rufunded to the guest. The credit will take 3-5 business days. Thank you.

Poor service.Myself along with a party of 22 received very poor service at this location.we arrived at 3:15 and were sitted at 3:30.The young lady who sat us was very rude and wanted to cramped 4fat people on each side of the booth.We waited for 30mins and had to ask for silverware from our waiter.He thought the greeter had already given it to us.When the silverware was brought out she placed it in the middle of the table with no appology.My parties food was not brought out until 5:35.My party was finished eating when my food and one other person who was on my ticket was the last food to be brough out at 5:40.I knew that my food was brough out last because I questioned why would they want to cramp part of my party at the booth. I asked for the manager who said his name was [redacted] When I tried to explain to him about the service that we received he only gave me a lethargic look with the appology strip.I'm sure my party and I wouldn't visit Logan's again and I will not recommend it to anyone. I did reach out the the regional manager and left a message on his voice mail [redacted] at XXX-XXX-XXXX and express my concerns. I believe that when you are spending your money at any establishment you should receive good services.If it was not for the customers Logan's would not be in business.Logan's has numerous of restaurants close by and we could've chosen any one of then to dine in. We did take further compensatory steps to ensure that we were able to invite her back in for a visit with us that would allow us to deliver the expected level of service and regain her trust in our dedication to the satisfaction of our guests. I order a large order my order was 53.56 and the left off items and the manager has lied and refuse to honor his wordon Feb 1, My family order food to go from Logans Steak house. My order came to 53.56 or something like that. I order a 6 oz steak and jumbo shrimp and grilled lobster tail. as well as a 6oz steak with shrimp the sides for the first order was a loaded bake potatoe, and a salad. the second order was a loaded mash potatoe and broccli with cheese. We waited 30 min for the order. When we got home and open our order NO SALAD, NOTHING ON THE POTATOE, NO CHEESE ON THE BROCCLI. the lobster was over cook and rubbery and the shrimp scampi was burnt. As soon as I noticed this I called back and spoke with the Manager [redacted]. He then told me that he would replace the order. I explained I did not live close and I was already home. He stated that I could get the order any time, I called back today, First he did not remember so I informed him, and asked if I can come and pick it it,. He says he does not remember telling me this and he would replace the salad and potatoe and throw in a desert. I explained to him that makes no sense for me to come back for a salad and a potatoe. He stated that was all he can do and that is what he said he was very rude at the end of the conversation and then I hung upDesired SettlementI would like the money I spent to be refunded back to my card

Staff stole my cell phone. Manager did nothing about it. Said he asked bus boys if they had seen it, they denied it. Nothing more he could do. On Saturday Night October 26, 2013 at approximately 9:40 my friend, her daughter, myself, and my daughter left Logans (2710 N.Germantown Pkwy)after eating dinner. Realized I left my phone within 4 minutes of leaving. Called restaurant from friends phone and told them to be on the look out for my phone. Arrived back at restaurant in 3 minutes from phone call and phone (2012 Motorola Droid Razor Maxx) was no where to be found.Manager was not helpful at all. Said he asked bus boys if anyone saw a phone, they denied it and there was nothing more he could do for me. A few minutes before the police arrived to do report tried to enter the building to let manager know the police were on their way and a staff member walked up to the door as I reached for the handle and locked it in my face. Customer even identified employee but manager did nothing and employee was gone when police arrived. Again manager stated hard to say exactly who it was without them being there. Desired SettlementReplacement of my cell phone (Motorola Droid Maxx) that was stolen by employee of company.
