Complaint2 days delivery,becomes 4, pair extra for 1 day, got nothing - [redacted] shipping and a 'promise'on tue I ordered plants to be shipped wed-even asked to be notified if not possible-no answer, so icall wed 4:45 , no not going till thu I would get on mon after sit in whse for weekend-I upgrade to one day shipping with promise they will arrive fri- nothing arrived, if they have been shipped they will be in bad shape AND I paid for 1 day [redacted] if they haven't I want my money back-nothing but lies, no email, no phone, no tracking- if they have been shipped I expect my one day fees refunded- I specifically asked not to send over weekendDesired SettlementI expect to either cancel order or refund express shipping charges as they didn't even follow the policy on their website and ground delivery would make it here in same timeBusiness Response I apologize for the awful job that we have done with this order and the obvious disappointment that we have caused. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention so that we can correct our customer service deficiencies, not just for you, but for all of our customers.We have refunded you the [redacted] that you paid for shipping and handling and sent out a gift certificate for the troubles.
